What is our goal?

The school vegetable garden was established in July 2021 and aimed to solve the nutritional problems of both the school and society after food prices rose in 2020 due to the direct impact of the Corona pandemic.

The organic and healthy vegetables are also intended to solve the problems caused by chemicals such as herbicides and fertilizers for both humans (food poisoning) and soil (soil erosion).

The school vegetable garden project aims to support students in improving their health and wellbeing through growing crops and healthy eating. The school garden is a wonderful way to use the school yard as a classroom.

The School Vegetable Gardens Project is a fun, hands-on learning program that provides enjoyable learning about food and environmental protection. Through strong integration into the curriculum, students learn to grow, harvest, prepare and share fresh, seasonal and delicious food - developing positive food habits for life.

The Benefits of the School Garden Program

The School Garden Initiative is a win-win situation because it allows children to eat a more nutritious and varied diet while receiving the support they need for school.

We believe that the children and families we serve not only need the programs we offer, but also the support they need to become self-sufficient when they no longer participate in our programs. We are committed to empowering families and providing children with a foundation for successful lives.
